A FEW THINGS PARENTS ASK
Clear expectations make the day feel effortless. Here are the practical details families ask us about most.
A $150 non-refundable deposit and signed party agreement reserve your date. The deposit is applied to your celebration total, with the remaining balance due seven days before the party.
With at least 14 days’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new date within six months. With 13 days’ notice or less, the deposit is forfeited because staffing and party preparations are already underway.
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Once final payment has been processed, refunds are not guaranteed. If we are able to rebook your date, eligible amounts may be offered as Highland House credit.
Children count toward package capacity; adults do not. Your final child count is due seven days before the party. Additional children are $25 each and are subject to the room and package capacity.
Yes—families are welcome to bring a cake, cupcakes, and simple snacks. Outside food must remain in the party room, and we ask that you bring no pork, shellfish, or alcohol.
Please tell us about severe allergies before your celebration so we can help coordinate the best options. Highland House is a shared space, so we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.
Our space and experiences are designed especially for children ages 0–6. We’ll help you choose the right package, rhythm, and activities for your child’s age, interests, and guest count.
